TED's animated lesson

TED-Ed

The famous online resource sets images to the presentations of skilled educators.

Every day, talented educators give presentations in small lecture halls; presentations that might benefit millions of people. Gaining widespread appeal, however, takes more than a man in front of a blackboard: Science needs images.

This is the simple philosophy behind "TED-Ed: Lessons Worth Sharing", a new concept from knowledge sharing web site TED.com. Here, educators are encouraged to put their best presentations online, and talented animators are encouraged to provide images for them. Whether participants will be paid for their involvement in the project, however, is not clear.
